We charge a flat planning fee which covers all itinerary design, booking coordination, and concierge support before and during your trip. Once the itinerary is finalized, we provide a clear breakdown of all travel costs, including accommodation, transportations and experiences.
Is a deposit required to start planning?
Yes, a non refundable planning fee or deposit is required to begin the itinerary design process.
Is the planning fee refundable?
The planning fee is non-refundable. As it covers our time and expertise. However, we remain flexible and supportive if you need to reschedule or adjust your plans.
When do I pay for the actual trip costs?
Once your itinerary is approved, we confirm availability and send you a detailed invoice covering all components of your trip, including accommodations, transfers, activities and more. You make a single payment to us, and we handle all payments to our trusted local partners on your behalf
What if I want to make changes after booking?
We are happy to help with changes whenever possible, depending on availability and supplier terms. Additional changes after final approval may be subject to a small modification fee.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept bank payment via bank transfer and credit/debit card. Details are provided once we confirm your trip.
Can you accommodate special requests (dietary needs, accessibility etc)?

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a full invoice covering both service and costs.
Can I book more than one service without a full booking itinerary?
Absolutely. You can mix and match any of our a la carte offerings based on your needs. We’ll confirm availability and handle everything for you.

Are packages group based or private?

When do I pay the concierge fee for an à la carte service?
Once we receive your form submission, your travel designer will personally review your request. You’ll then receive a confirmation email outlining the concierge fee based on the service complexity. We only begin planning once the fee is confirmed and paid.
Can I request help for more than one destination or island?
Absolutely. If you're planning a multi-destination journey, just indicate it in the form. We’ll let you know if a slightly higher concierge fee applies, based on the number of stops and level of planning involved.
What if I only need help with one service (e.g. a hotel or restaurant)?
That’s exactly what our à la carte services are for. You can request just what you need, without booking a full itinerary. Each request is reviewed individually, and you only pay for the planning support you need.
Can I see suggestions before paying the concierge fee?
We share tailored results only after the concierge fee is settled. However, our team will always offer a clear explanation of what’s included, and we’re happy to answer questions to ensure you feel confident before moving forward.
How many options will you send me?
For most services (e.g. accommodation or restaurant bookings), we provide 1-2 curated recommendations that match your preferences. If you’d like a wider selection, just let us know and we will extend the scope of the service as needed.

It’s a flexible, high-touch support service designed for travelers who want expert assistance during their stay in Greece. From last-minute reservations and spontaneous plan changes to exclusive access requests, your dedicated concierge handles it all, discreetly and efficiently.
What’s the difference between “Concierge On Call” Tier I Essential and Tier II Elite?
Tier I offers essential support, ideal for travelers who want curated help during a shorter or more relaxed stay. Tier II includes elevated flexibility, priority attention, and multiple itinerary changes. It is perfect for more dynamic, multi-day trips or clients needing close coordination.
When does my concierge support begin?
Support begins the moment your concierge tier is confirmed and your arrival details are shared. We remain available throughout your stay to assist, adjust, or enhance your plans as needed.
Can I upgrade from Tier I Essential to Tier II Elite after booking?
Yes. If your plans evolve and you’d like more hands-on support or increased flexibility, we’re happy to upgrade your service, subject to availability.
What kind of last-minute requests can you handle?
We do our best to accommodate any requests that fit your travel profile and timeline. From table bookings, transfer adjustments, spa appointments, yacht upgrades, shopping assistance, same-day tours, or local recommendations. We fit our services to your needs.
Do I need to book a full itinerary with PLOUS to access this service?
No. Concierge On Call is available as a standalone service. It is ideal if you’ve planned your trip but want expert support while you’re on the ground in Greece.
Is this service available in all of Greece?
Our primary concierge coverage includes Athens, Mykonos, Santorini. We may accommodate other destinations on request, just let us know your plans.
What happens if I don’t use all the days included in the tier?
Our concierge tiers are based on continuous calendar coverage, not on daily usage or number of requests. Even if you don’t need assistance every day, your concierge remains available, on standby, and ready to step in at any time. This availability and flexibility is what the tier fee reflects. For shorter or more selective support, we recommend choosing an à la carte service instead.
